The Vibro Separator is a rigid screening device that vibrates about its centre of mass. The central vertical axis of the screen assembly and the motor shaft axis being the same, vibration is accomplished by placing eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft. Adjustments of the quantum and relative position of the top and bottom weights permits control of amplitude and material flow patterns.

LEAD 0°: Material travels in a radial direction, and remains in the machine for a short duration.

LEAD 15°: Material begins to spiral outwardly and remains in the machine for a longer period.

LEAD 45°: Material decidely spirals and remains in the machine much longer giving maximum screening pattern.

LEAD 90°: Material spirals towards the centre and remains in the machine indefinitely, oversize material does not discharge.
